Telegram Proxy List (MTProto)
Bypass restrictions and access Telegram securely with our live, auto-updating list of high-speed MTProto proxies. Updated daily for 2026.
What is an MTProto Proxy?
MTProto (Mobile Telegram Protocol) is the native protocol used by Telegram. An MTProto proxy acts as a bridge between you and Telegram's servers. It is specifically designed to bypass censorship in countries where Telegram might be blocked or restricted, without the speed loss often associated with traditional VPNs.
MTProto vs. SOCKS5
While **SOCKS5** is a general-purpose proxy protocol, **MTProto** is built specifically for Telegram. MTProto is generally faster and more reliable for Telegram calls and media downloads because it is optimized for the app's specific traffic patterns. SOCKS5 is older and less secure for this specific use case.
How to Use This Proxy List
- Choose a Proxy: Look for a proxy in the list above with a low "Ping" (green indicator), which means it is fast.
- Click Connect: Tap the "Connect" button next to your chosen proxy.
- Confirm in App: Telegram will open automatically. Simply tap "Enable Proxy" in the pop-up window to start using it.
Is it Safe?
Unlike some free VPNs that route all your device's traffic, an MTProto proxy only handles your Telegram data. Telegram's end-to-end encryption (for Secret Chats) and cloud encryption (for regular chats) remain intact. However, note that the proxy owner can see the metadata (IP addresses), but they cannot read your messages.
